Unified Settlement Report

The Unified Settlement Report page in Polaris provides a consolidated view of all transactions imported from connector settlement files for the selected entity. It includes powerful filtering, sorting, export, and customization capabilities.

Settlements List

• View all settlement transactions associated with the selected entity.
• Transactions are displayed in a structured table with pagination for improved navigation.

Filtering and Sorting Options

• Date Range Filtering:

  • Select a custom range to narrow the transaction list.
  • Use predefined options, such as Today or All time.

• Keyword Search:

  • Use the search bar to perform a live search across all transaction fields.
  • Results are updated dynamically as you type.

• Column-Based Filtering:

  • Click Add filter and choose the column to apply a filter.
  • Update filter values to refine results.
  • Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously.

• Sorting:

  • Click the sort icon next to any column header.
  • Sort in ascending or descending order.

Display Customization

• Tailor the settlement table to suit your preferences:

  • Add or remove columns to focus on key data.
  • Reorder columns using drag-and-drop.
  • Note: Preferences are not persisted at this time.

Export Records

• Export filtered settlement data to a file:

  • Exported files reflect the selected columns and filters in the table.
  • Supports CSV and XLSX formats.
  • Track and download exports via the Exports Page.

SFTP Configuration

Manage the credentials used to fetch settlement files from external connectors.

• Add SFTP Connection:

  • Choose a connector type and provide required credentials.
  • Set a start date for when the credentials become active.

• Edit SFTP Credentials:

  • Update existing credentials and their activation date.

• Delete SFTP Credentials:

  • Remove credentials after confirming the action
